These projects are to create an interface between CU*BASE and Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs). We are actively working on these integrations! Below is the status of the projects:
NCR
Beta with NCR is underway at Honor Credit Union. They’ve rolled it out in a big way (50 machines are live and in production!), and are working closely with us and the NCR tech teams as we work through various adjustments during the beta-test.
We are targeting that the doors will open for other CUs in mid 2024. Honor CU has elected only to use the teller-assisted components, so future implementations that wish to use more of the self-service functionality will require an additional beta-test period.
