We’re Excited to Announce a REDUCED iPay Bill Pay Transaction Fee! CU*Answers has negotiated a new 5-year CUSO Reseller (VAR) Services Agreement with iPay.

Your credit union’s existing contract will fully remain with CU*Answers, in some cases supported by special iPay contract options.  While considering various Bill Pay options, there is nothing more you need to do at this time to receive lower iPay transaction pricing if you are already on the iPay system.

Fiserv

Fiserv bill payment allows members to pay bills online through a single-sign on hand-off from It’s Me 247 online banking. CU*Answers is pleased to offer electronic bill presentment and payment service through an integration with Fiserv. Members can easily enroll through It’s Me 247 or by a credit union employee through CU*BASE. Once the member is enrolled, he or she will click Pay and Transfer at the top of the screen to access Fiserv’s Bill Pay site.
