Happy birthday to CU*Answers! By now you’ve heard about how 2020 marks the 50th anniversary of our CUSO. In the spirit of the year-long celebration that’s being planned, the Education Team has worked very hard with our other teams to deliver you some really great education content in this year’s catalog. In fact, there are 17 courses that are either brandnew or that have been updated for 2020.

One event that I am particularly excited about is our new Teller/Member Service Training Day (check this out on page 23). This new session is offered 6 times throughout the year and is designed for credit unions who have hired new tellers or member service staff and would like us to help get them trained and up to speed.

As always, look for our roundtables, focus groups, and even a brand-new boot camp (take a peek at page 22). Remember our online resources, from online help content and reference booklets to step by step instructions and how-to videos collected in Show Me The Steps. And don’t forget about recordings of classroom sessions available via our OnDemand site, answers to FAQs in the AnswerBook, and much more.

Take some time to peruse this catalog to find out what events and options on this year’s calendar will best fit your team’s needs. We think you’ll find something to celebrate about!
