A Note From the VP of Education
They say there’s a time for sowing and a time for reaping. At CU*Answers, the growing season is undoubtedly underway. As you may have noticed over the past year, CU*Answers is planting seeds, both internally and externally. We are investing in our teams and in our software so that we may continue to offer you, our consumerowners, the most robust and diverse menu of services and features with which to serve your members. With this growth comes more education as well. Our 2019 educational offerings are a reflection of the tremendous investment we’re making in our clients and members. I hope you will learn about these offerings by attending in person or online, but let me just share my excitement with you by providing a quick preview. As the 2019 year unfolds, you will begin to see many new special training events. One of the biggest events we’re unveiling is CEO School. During this week-long event that includes 14 new courses, CU*Answers CEO Randy Karnes will teach participants how to master CU*BASE datamining tools and use the Internet to increase brand awareness and product usage among members. We’re also offering our first-ever virtual boot camp. Designed for credit union project managers, the new Owner’s View Online Boot Camp will introduce participants to resources that will keep their teams in the know about software solutions in the making. And these two events are just the beginning. On page 6, you’ll find a quick guide to all the new offerings we’re introducing so you can learn why I’m so excited about 2019! A special thanks goes out to my team for their assistance in making all of this new training possible..
