Let me introduce myself: my name is Ectna Mendoza, and I am a Client Services and Education Representative for CU*Answers. I have six years of customer service experience with several financial institutions where I was able to gain the fundamentals of dealing with storage for cash, investments and other financial transactions required for this position.
In 2021, I started working for CU*Answers as the first Administrative Assistant/Event Coordinator based out of the Innovation Center. If you attended an event at the Las Vegas location, I may have greeted you in our lobby as you checked in. It’s always been my number one goal to ensure each guest receives exceptional hospitality during their visit.
As of May 2022, I have proudly accepted a position as one of the CSRs on the Client Services and Education Team. I am very thankful to be given this exciting opportunity. As a CSR, my primary responsibility is to provide day-to-day software support to credit unions on CU*BASE. My number one goal now is to provide exceptional customer service in my everyday interactions with clients.
