Designed just for credit union CEOs, this year’s CEO Strategies event will allow you to interact with your peers on topics that are important to your organization, your business plan, and your career.  And like everyone else during 2020, we’re shaking up the format and adapting to new ways of interacting and sharing as a network.  We hope you will join us!

This is not your usual webinar

As described below, the events scheduled for Tuesday, November 10th and Thursday, November 12th will be hosted remotely as interactive online sessions. You’ll be required to have your webcam turned on in order to participate. We’ll be trying some new techniques via Zoom to provide opportunities for everyone to contribute to the discussions.

On Wednesday, November 11th, we’ll be hosting multiple small-group roundtables at DeVos Place in Grand Rapids, Michigan, for local travelers who want to have an in-person experience with their peers.

  • Attendees must be CEOs of CU*Answers network credit unions
  • So that we can manage the “wall of faces” on the Zoom session, the Tuesday/Thursday webinars will be limited to a maximum of 50 participants each
  • Space is also extremely limited for the Wednesday in-person events as we accommodate the need for social distancing
  • Space must be reserved, both for the online webinars as well as to attend the in-person event on Wednesday
  • Registration closes at noon ET on Monday, November 2nd

Time Topic
9:00 AM – 10:30 AM ET #1 What CEOs need to know about our BizLink projects and goals

BizLink is the next big investment, along the line of our Asterisk Intelligence initiative. BizLink is a consulting team, a client service help desk, and a business unit focused on being the catalyst for credit unions developing programs for business members. 2021 will be the second year for this initiative. This team, its Advisory Board, and the power of the CU*Answers development teams are all focused on helping credit unions start, maintain, and elevate credit union business members and their success.

11:00 AM – 12:30 PM ET #2 What CEOs need to know about the 2021 rollout of new teller platforms

Given all that COVID has taught us about empty lobbies and the transition of face-to-face member service, what is CU*Answers going to do with its current and future investments in teller line solutions? What is next for the 2021 development year, and how far will CU*Answers take this in 2022? Why do we think this is a winning investment approach for our CUSO?

2:00 PM – 3:30 PM ET #3 What CEOs need to know about DIY mobile capabilities

Credit unions should be planning to arm their teams to control the evolution of their mobile solutions over the next few years. What is really coming in 2021, and how should CU teams think about developing their own mobile solution architects? Mobile is a life-changing tool for consumers today – how will your credit union scratch that itch with members for the next 3-5 years?

Wednesday, November 11th

  • Three in-person round table sessions in downtown Grand Rapids, Michigan.
  • Attendees may only participate in one round table session. Sessions are repeating.
  • All attendees must be a CU*Answers Credit Union CEO.
  • A light snack will be provided.
  • Each round table is limited to 25 participants.

#4 What CEOs need to know about the mobile first revolution

What will “mobile first” mean to online/mobile banking and potentially credit union websites in 2021? Is CU*Answers really going to roll out new It’s Me 247 online and mobile banking solutions in 2021? What will they look like and why should credit union CEOs be excited? Mobile App 5.0 will be out early in 2021. A large population of CU*Answers credit unions are just getting used to Mobile 4.0. What will annual release schedules for mobile apps mean to how credit unions manage the pace of change?

11:00 AM –
12:30 PM ET
#5 What CEOs need to know about the next generation of Asterisk Intelligence offerings

There is a rumor about a new software application copyright called AI Engaged. Much like Analytics Booth, AI Engaged will be focused on a new credit union data analytics audience. New data, new features, new targets for earning from data. Where is all of this going in 2021-2022? Do you have data warehousing in your future business plans? AI Engaged will push you to the next step, and push our CUSO to develop its next asset for the future.

2:00 PM –
3:30 PM ET
#6 What CEOs need to know about our CUSO’s national cuasterisk.com agenda

CU*Answers is making some big national moves in 2021, more than just opening a new Innovation Center in Las Vegas. Our community of CUSOs has other big things planned for our national agenda. In this webinar we will connect that dots between CU*Answers, CU*NorthWest, CU*South, eDOC Innovations, Site-Four, and our newest ally, My CU Services. The only thing you may need to be aware of is our intent to have the 2021 CEO Strategies event in Last Vegas, Nevada, in November of 2021. But we hope you will like the FYI on other items as well.
