How much does the service cost?

Depending on the specific request, Basic Customization (applies to existing videos) typically costs $150 per video. Deluxe Customization (applies to existing videos) prices range from $700 to $1,800 per video. For videos created from scratch, prices range from $900 to $1,800 per video.

A bulk discount is offered for orders of 5 or more videos.

All prices are approximate; a specific quote will be provided upon request.

 

What does our credit union need to provide CU*Answers?

  • Your credit union logo in an eps or Adobe Illustrator format
  • The MoveIT ID of the staff member to whom you’d like the final product delivered
  • Test account credentials (URL, username, and password) to your credit union online banking site (Deluxe service only)

What is the turnaround time for video customization?

While the turnaround time for video customization depends on many factors, including current orders from other clients and the number of videos in your specific order, it typically takes about 4 weeks for Basic Customization, 8 weeks for Deluxe Customization, and 10 weeks for New Video Creation.

How will the customized video(s) be delivered to our credit union?

We will transfer a .mp4 video file to you via the CU*Answers MoveIT file transfer software. Additional fees apply if you would like DVDs made.

What does the service include?

Basic Deluxe
Logo Customization Your credit union logo will be shown instead of the It’s Me 247 Online Banking logo. (This does not apply to the logo shown in the software itself. For customization of this logo, please see “Software Customization” section below.)

For example, for videos in the It’s Me 247 How-To Video Series, your credit union logo would replace the It’s Me 247 logo at the beginning and end of the video where it reads “It’s Me 247 How-To Video Series.”

Text Customization Your credit union name and contact information will be displayed at the end of the video.

For example, for videos in the It’s Me 247 How-To Video Series, your credit union name and contact information would be displayed where it reads “Learn More” at the end of the video.

Voice Customization 1. Your credit union name will replace the “It’s Me 247” when It’s Me 247 Online Banking is mentioned.

For example, for videos in the It’s Me 247 How-To Video Series, a mention of your credit union online banking site would replace the mention of the It’s Me 247 Online Banking site in the video introduction where the video title is shown and it talks about what the viewer will learn in the video.

2. Your credit union name and contact information will be added to the end of the video.

For example, for videos in the It’s Me 247 How-To Video Series, your credit union name and contact information would be added to the end where it reads “Learn More.”

Software Customization The software displayed in the video will be your own credit union software with your logo, colors, and products/services offered.

For example, for videos in the It’s Me 247 How-To Video Series, the online banking site used to make the video would be your own credit union online banking site with your credit union logo, colors, and products/services you have activated for your members in online banking.
