Join us for a conversation on Education! Designed especially for credit union education coordinators and trainers, this group discusses topics such as how to set up an education plan and calendar, best practice techniques for training new employees and keeping existing employee skills up to date, and how to take advantage of all the resources available to better understand our products and services.
The topic for our August session will be Exercises for Success – Lending. Joining us for this session will be a special guest host from Lender*VP. We will explore interactive material which allow participants to follow along in Bedrock Community Credit Union. Prior to this session, participants will be asked to take the equivalent TLC courses/exams related to the subject material, which include the following:
- CTM 100 – Welcome to CU*BASE GOLD
- CTM 101 – CU*BASE Navigation
- CTM 102 – Rate Inquiry, Loan Quoter, and the Timeout Window
- CLS 100 – Lending Basics
- CLS 101 – Lending 2: Creating and Disbursing Loans for Members and Non-Members
