Let me introduce myself: my name is Brenda Brown and I am a Programmer/Analyst on the Custom Services Development Team. I have been with CU*Answers for 16 years and first joined the company as part of the Quality Control Team. After 10 years in QC, I moved to the Custom Services Development Team, first as a junior programmer before taking on my current role as Programmer/Analyst.
I primarily work on programming custom loan forms. The experience I gained on the Quality Control team has assisted me greatly now that I am programming. I also coordinate the deployment and implementation of completed form projects. Additionally, I am currently learning more about the Vendor Integration side of our team.
As a Custom Loan Forms Programmer, I work with the Lender*VP team to bring custom requests to production. I also provide Daily Programming Support to Client Services and Operations. This year, I joined the CU*Answers Communi7y Crew to help give back to our community.
