We’ve Added a New Sort Feature to the CU*BASE Alerts Site!

We are pleased to share some recent updates to the CU*BASE Alerts page!  Previously, the CU*BASE Alerts page allowed users to sort by the organization the posted the alert, including CU*Answers, CU*NorthWest and Xtend.  Now, new tabs have been made available that allow alerts to be sorted by ‘Resolved’ and ‘Active’ statuses.

If you are checking the CU*BASE Alerts page to see if a recent issue is still outstanding or if it has been remedied, these tabs will organize all alerts accordingly.  Resolved issues will be marked with a green banner and a check mark symbol, helping them to stand out among other alerts for network maintenance, staff meetings and ongoing issues.

Need to sign up staff to receive Alert emails?

If you have new or existing employees who would like to begin receiving emails when new Alerts are posted, you can use the button below to visit the CU*Answers online store.  Submitting a request to have your employees added to our distribution list is completely free and new email addresses are typically added to the CU*Answers distribution list within 1 to 2 business days.

(Please note: CU*Answers uses the same distribution list for both Client New and Alert emails.  A request to sign up for one channel will include the other, so there is no need to submit a second request.)
