Special Event: Join us for Conversations on ANR/NSF Fees

Let’s Talk About ANR/NSF Fees

Email inboxes and news feeds are buzzing these days about the shift in attitudes about NSF fees, overdraft protection programs, and overdraft services such as Courtesy Pay, especially for debit card activity.  As states begin issuing scary-sounding mandates and industry thinkers present their opinions, credit unions are scratching their heads as to what it all means to their bottom lines, and to the valuable services they provide to their members.

But buzz never built a tool.  To envision real solutions, we must work together as a collaborative.  What sounds just right for one credit union might be the last thing another credit union would want to do.  As builders of solutions, we must rely on all of you to give us specific guidance on what changes we should consider making to our tools.  Since it’s a moving target, what is the best way for the cooperative to invest our resources?  Just tacking on yet another nuance to an already-confusing fee structure might not be the most effective path.  Is it time to get radical and build something from the ground up?

Join us for this special event in our new Conversations On… series, designed to get network participants talking and working together on solutions that will benefit us all.

Tuesday, January 10th

2:00 PM – 3:30 PM ET
