In February of 2022, we began delivering the End of Month Checklist Form via CU*Answers Client News. As we move into the new year, the Client Services and Education team will be sunsetting the End of Month Checklist service, with January 2023 planned as the final month for this service.
Moving forward, we will be delivering End of Month information exclusively through Client News. If you have credit union staff who regularly receive emails relating to the End of Month Checklist service, we will automatically sign them up to begin receiving the End of Month Checklist Form, along with other Client News emails.
If you have staff who will be involved with completing end of month tasks and who are not yet signed up to receive Client News emails from CU*Answers, you can request that they be added to our mailing list by placing an order on our store page (FREE of charge).
Additionally, we will be hosting several informational webinars throughout the 2023 calendar year, where we will discuss End of Month tasks. Keep an eye on your inbox for future communications detailing these sessions!
