CU*Answers Network Services is proud to announce we are expanding our Microsoft 365 and Azure product management services, which will allow our clients to leverage more features and functions of Microsoft licensing as well as virtual server cloud hosting.
We recognize that some clients may be best served by using cloud services for their business needs and CNS is here to help. Right now, our experts are working hard to operationalize these new functions, to ensure they are credit union-fortified and ready for use in our highly regulated industry.
While there are many providers of Microsoft 365 services, CNS is uniquely positioned to provide management services tailored to the special approach required by credit unions. Our approach will not only properly secure your cloud environment from bad actors, but also provide the daily care and feeding required to pass examinations and meet cyber insurance requirements, all while reducing on premise technology deployments.
CNS is building this structure now with the help of our new cyber security partner and will soon bring our team of nearly 70 technical support experts to bear in this new realm.
Examples of expanded offerings will include:
- Defender EDR management for endpoint anti-malware protection
- Entra ID for Active Directory in the cloud
- OneDrive and SharePoint for online file management, sharing, and more
- Intune for device management, policies, and conditional access
- Copilot for AI
- Purview for advanced data loss prevention and information governance
- Native integrations with many third-party SOC services, such as Arctic Wolf
CNS is currently readying these services and we expect to announce pricing and general availability in late winter. If you are interested in joining the beta program to assist in readying these services, please contact David Wordhouse at dwordhouse@cuanswers.com. We will select a limited number of betas to participate.
