One of the greatest assets CU*Answers has to offer is that the people who lead our CUSO are the same people who own it and participate in it as partners. Our Board of Directors consists of a diverse group of dedicated credit union CEOs that provide focused leadership, as each member has a vested interest in the success of CU*Answers clients.
The Call to Nominations materials have been mailed to your credit union, and should arrive within the next week. Included in the mailing will be the following materials:
- Call to Nominations: find out how to apply for the CU*Answers Board of Directors
- Board Handbook 2023: get the inside scoop on policies, procedures, and duties of the CU*Answers Board of Directors
A digital copy of the Call to Nominations document has also been attached to the accompanying email for your convenience.
The Nominating Committee will accept nominations for service on the CU*Answers Board of Directors until March 31, 2023. The nominating committee will present candidates to the Board at least 60 days prior to the Annual Meeting. After the Board Meeting, a notice will be sent to all owner credit unions with a sample ballot to be used at the Annual Meeting.
