CU*Answers is excited to announce the launch of our new datacenter in Las Vegas, Nevada. Along with a second iSeries production environment, we will be relocating our backup and disaster recovery It’s Me 247 and other associated infrastructure from our Grand Rapids, MI headquarters to the new datacenter in Las Vegas. There will not be any changes to our production facility in Kentwood, MI.
Bringing this new site online comes after many months of planning and hard work across all departments at CU*Answers.
We will begin powering down equipment at our Grand Rapids headquarters on Saturday June 28th at 12:00AM ET. We expect to be fully online in Las Vegas by 8:00AM ET on Tuesday July 1st. This migration may cause intermittent interruptions in service over the weekend, as we configure and verify our systems and services that will be hosted in Las Vegas.
We appreciate your patience as we take our final steps to cut over to the new datacenter.
