Attention CU*Answers credit unions: we have recently updated network requirements to support CBX on the new Las Vegas datacenter. Below is a list of networks that need to be allowed outbound access from any/all devices accessing CBX, in order to allow continued and uninterrupted access to CBX when we perform rollovers to the Las Vegas datacenter.
CNS Managed Service clients – Network Services will perform these updates for your credit union, so no action is required of you.
CNS Unmanaged clients – you will need to perform the required changes manually. Please be aware that failure to complete these updates will result in your credit union being unable to access CBX when rolled over to the Las Vegas datacenter.
