Last month, we announced that the next upgrade for IBM iAccess would be coming in the form of version 1.1.9.14. However, IBM has since released a new version of iAccess, and the update will now be reflected as version 1.1.9.16.
This newest version of iAccess includes enhanced security features. The CU*Answers Network Services team is currently underway with testing version 1.1.9.16. Due to this version change, the deployment for this upgrade will be delayed. Please stay tuned for additional communications, as we will provide further details when we are ready to begin the upgrade process for clients.
