Online Courses
Welcome to CU*Answers Online University! Since November, 2004, we’ve consistently added new or updated existing courses to assure the education we offer to our clients is relevant. This introductory brochure describes the campus in more detail. Each credit union has access to the campus and has one login that all employees share. See how to access the campus under Logging On below.

Logging On
Method 1
Log in to CU*BASE and click the Network Links button, then click the CU*Answers University link. This will automatically log you on to the university using your credit union's assigned login name and password.
Method 2
Use the link below to access the campus, then enter your credit union's login name and password. (You will need to email us at education@cuanswers.com to get this name and password.)

Courses are grouped into Categories
The CU*Answers Online University Campus includes multiple courses grouped into job related categories. To see the complete list of courses available to your staff, log on to the CU*Answers University Campus using one of the methods above under Logging On.

| CU*BASE Accounting/Back Office | Courses focus on General Ledger and ACH, Share Draft, and Payroll Processing |
| CU*BASE General | Courses are related to a credit union going through conversion from an existing core processor to CU*BASE |
| CU*BASE Lending | Courses are geared to proficiencies for loan officers and member service representatives who handle loans |
| CU*BASE Marketing/Sales | Courses are based on using the query tool to create reports from CU*BASE data |
| CU*BASE SECURE-U | Security best practices and guidelines to reduce exposures are covered in Secure-U classes |
| CU*BASE Teller/Member Service Online | Courses cover the basics of using CU*BASE and contain valuable education for Tellers, Member Service Representatives, Loan Officers, and anyone who uses CU*BASE |
| CU*BASE Collections | Courses cover the basics of collections and managing daily work |
| Community Relations | Types of community relations and a primer on financial literacy are contained in these courses |
| Compliance | One course covering the Check 21 Act and the ways in which checks are processed in the United States |
| Fraud School | Five courses discussing the impacts of fraud related to identity theft, check fraud, and credit card fraud |
| Loan Officer School | Four courses based on credit and lending basics, the process of lending, and lending laws |
| Telephone Training School | Courses focusing on telephone skills required for successful sales and service |
| Teller School | Courses cover the role of the teller, handling negotiable instruments, financial services overview, and security |
