As of December 2025, the Education Team assisted Filer Credit Union with implementing a Custom Training Edition (CTE). Filer CU is headquartered in Manistee, MI. Their credit union has hired roughly 50 team members to manage the 4 branches in Manistee, Ludington, and Bear Lake. This Custom Training Edition will be accessible to each location to streamline their cross-training initiatives for the upcoming calendar year.
The application will be rolled out to all-staff in January 2026. CTE gives their team a safe place to practice using CBX tools which will help them learn new skills, and experiment with new features without potential harm to their live member data. As it is a copy of their actual files, both the product configuration and member accounts will be familiar and behave like they do in their day-to-day environment.
