Attention credit unions who use Velera/CO-OP as their card processor for debit or credit:
A new enhancement is now available, which gives you the ability to dual line emboss credit and debit cards for individual memberships (MI). Setting these options in the vendor and credit union configurations allows your credit union the choice of organization (MO type) only for dual emboss, or both MO and MI membership designation types to utilize dual emboss.
When activated, the card order screen will show an option to Dual Emboss; selecting this option allows for a Line 1 business name and a Line 2 personal name. Your small business members will love this update!
