Action Required for FIS SSO Migration – December 19th Deadline

Attention all FIS clients who use SSO (single sign-on) for eZCard/MyCardStatement

FIS is requiring that all clients currently using SSOv3 (Single Sign-on Version 3) for eZCard/MyCardStatement perform a migration to SSOv4 (Single Sign-on Version 4).

This will require development work by CU*Answers (FIS will not be covering the cost of this project). As such, credit unions that are planning to upgrade to SSOv4 will need to open up a project with CU*Answers Cards & Payments as soon as possible. Please note that your credit union will be charged a one-time upgrade fee of $250.00.

All clients must complete the migration to SSOv4 by December 19th, 2025 to avoid service interruptions. If your credit union does not reach out by this date, your existing SSO will no longer work.

What Does Your Credit Union Need to Do?

  1. Open a project for online banking with CU*Answers Cards & Payments and begin preparations for the migration from SSOv3 to SSOv4. Credit unions should submit an order through our online store as soon as possible, to meet the migration deadline of December 19th.
  2. Contact FIS at eZImplementationTeam@FISGLOBAL.COM to inform them that you have opened up a ticket with your core. Let them know that your online banking contact will be olbteam@cuanswers.com.

Once FIS has received your vendor’s contact information, they will reach out to your credit union to coordinate and establish a migration date.

If you have any questions, please reach out to FIS by submitting a support ticket to the FIS Client Portal or by phone at 844-634-7669.
