Jack Henry has informed us that they will be retiring the iPay GiftPay feature effective December 31st, 2025. A banner has been added to the GiftPay screen to notify users that this functionality is being discontinued.
If you have any members still utilizing this service, we recommend that you remind them of the December 31st shutoff date. Should you have any questions regarding this decision, please reach out to Jack Henry Client Support.

The CU*Answers Cards & Payments team converted 625 credit card loans for Ingersoll-Rand FCU to CU*BASE online credit card platform.
