As of June 2025, CU*Answers now has a new CU*BASE Custome Training Edition (CTE) client with the newest addition being Alpena Alcona Area Credit Union. The credit union is excited to start using this learning environment to aide with the transition from a training environment into a real-life environment.
CTE copies a credit union’s live data to a training environment for staff both to train and extend their learning. CTEs distinguish themselves from Bedrock Community Credit Union, the general training environment CU*Answers offers its clients, by giving team members access to the exact tools their financial institutions use daily. At 33 CTE users and counting, we are excited to expand as credit unions realize the power of this program. You can learn more about CTEs from the CU*Answers website.
