Biography
Jarod is a seasoned credit union executive with more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. He has spent the past 13 years with Bridge Credit Union, beginning his tenure as Vice President and being appointed Chief Executive Officer in 2020. Since assuming the role, Jarod has led a significant organizational transformation, guiding Bridge from a SEG-based credit union to a thriving, community-chartered institution serving members across the state of Ohio.
Under his leadership, Bridge Credit Union has embraced new technologies, expanded its product and service offerings, and strengthened operational performance to better meet the evolving needs of its members. Jarod is an active and respected industry advocate and currently serves on the Ohio Credit Union Council, a governor-appointed board focused on advancing the mission and strategic priorities of Ohio’s credit unions.
In recognition of his leadership, innovation, and commitment to collaboration, Jarod was honored with the CU*Answers Ambassador Award in 2024 and named Ohio Credit Union League Professional of the Year in 2025.
At the core of Jarod’s leadership philosophy is a strong investment in people. He is known for coaching employees at all levels, empowering teams through education, and leading by example.
