Attention Credit Unions that Utilize Jack Henry Services
As of April 15th, 2026, Jack Henry has begun performing updates to their For Clients Portal Login Experience. These updates are being completed to support the rollout of Jack Henry Identity™, a new login experience that uses multi-factor authentication.
The For Clients portal login page will display two login options, depending on how your organization will access the For Clients portal:
- Standard Login: This option remains available for For Clients portal users who have not yet been onboarded to Jack Henry Identity™.
- Jack Henry Identity™ Login: For Clients portal users onboarded to Jack Henry Identity™ will see a clearly labeled option directing them to log in using their new multi-factor authentication tool.
This new Jack Henry Identity™ login flow will be available to your credit union soon. Please watch your inbox for more information to be delivered directly from Jack Henry, as they will provide details on when your organization is scheduled to transition.
