Updated courses include:
- CTM 100 – Welcome to CBX
- CTM 101 – Navigating with CBX
- CTM 102 – Rate Inquiry, Loan Quoter, and the Time-Out Window
- CTM 200 – Member Inquiry
- CTM 201 – Phone Operator
- CTM 300 – Opening Memberships and Accounts
These courses can all be accessed via the Network Links icon in CBX. The campus will require that staff sign in – please contact your credit union’s management team if you need assistance with credentials.
These are just some of the courses that have been recently updated – additional modules cover topics including Member Service, Teller Processing, Lending and Back Office. We encourage you to sign into TLC to check out the full list of courses and deepen your understanding of the CBX platform.
