Tomorrow, January 6th, we will be deploying an enhancement for Open Lending clients. Following the deployment of Project #66630, when launching out to Open Lending via the ‘Send to Third Party’ button, users will be presented with a new web-based screen where they can enter in an optional monthly payment value to exclude from their DTI calculation. For example: if an applicant will be trading in a vehicle, this enhancement would exclude the trade-in value from the calculation.
