The It’s Me 247: Strategies for Securing and Controlling Member Access guide has been updated to include details on the ability for credit unions to use MFA for the “I forgot my password feature”, as well as information on the newly-designed screen and process for resetting online banking credentials.
The CU*Talk Audio Response: Introductory Startup Guide has been updated with information on the new Tool #1072 Update Audio Banking Access, which is now used for audio banking and PIN reset.
