Retailer Direct is an indirect lending solution developed to offer third parties a direct integration into CU*BASE. Business retailers offering goods or services can finance loans for members and non-members alike for your credit union.
This product is completely operated by CU*Answers and we just added a new look and feel, plus eSign! In addition to these great features, you can also use FUEL to issue an approval back to the retailer even when it’s outside of your normal business hours!

A reminder for credit unions that offer 1Click Loans:
On Tuesday, May 6th, a project was deployed to Online and Site-Four credit unions, which featured an enhancement to include the fee when calculating modified APR for 1Click Offers. Please note that if you intend to launch a 1Click campaign and you plan on charging a fee, you will need to reach out to the Lender*VP team, as your form will need to be updated.
Self-processing credit unions will receive this functionality on Sunday, May 18th, with the deployment of CU*BASE 25.05.
