CTRs and National Shared Branching Now Available in Teller!

You may now use CBX as your default tool for National Shared Branching transactions and CTRs in both standard teller and Xpress Teller. We’re excited to have completed these goals in CBX.

Keeping Up with Alpha Updates

In case you haven’t visited yet, you can review alpha information and updates by using the “Let Us Know” feature and selecting to view CBX Alpha Updates. As we phase out our transition materials, this is where we will report tools of note and additional information.

Remember to Verify Your Custom Tools and Options in CBX

We mentioned previously that custom tools will be verified by each credit union using that custom tool. As we cannot replicate the environment for testing your credit union’s specific custom tool, and as many custom tools connect with various integrations for use during specific time periods, we remind you that using CBX for your custom processes as often as possible is the best plan. Don’t get stuck once GOLD is sunset, verify your customs in CBX!
