Attention Credit Unions Using Jack Henry Services
Jack Henry has recently informed us of updates to their Payrailz eBill Services. Beginning Monday, November 3rd, Jack Henry will be temporarily disabling specific billers for eBills in Payrailz. These include:
- Bank of America
- American Express
- Verizon
- Allstate Insurance
- Capital One
- Comcast
These billers are being temporarily disabled due to an increase in eBill related issues, including connection issues with these billers as well as reliability with receiving monthly statements. Jack Henry is working to improve and optimize the overall eBill experience, and will be sharing additional information as next steps of this process move forward.
