Attention Credit Unions Using Jack Henry Services
Jack Henry has recently informed us of updates to the processing of payment reversals and recalls that are executed in connection with the use of Payrailz Digital Payments. Beginning May 1st, 2026, any reversal or recall request submitted by Payrailz users will include an applicable bank-imposed fee, which will be passed through directly to you. (Note that fees are assessed by Jack Henry’s originating bank.)
CU*Answers Cards and Payments will begin charging for these fees in August. The updated fees will be reflected starting with your September invoice.
Fee Details:
- Reversal Fee: $60.00 per transaction.
- Recall Fee: $110.00 per transaction.
