CU*Answers Collections Services are expanding! We are currently in the process of gauging interest from credit unions in several new states.
Our collection agents use a member-based approach to not only collect delinquent payments, but also to work with members and create a plan to keep them current moving forward. We ask open-ended questions to help determine what caused the delinquency in the first place, and create solutions using AFT, ACH distributions, and more.
