Security Officers: Upcoming Changes to Audio Banking PIN Resets

As part of the 25.10 release, we will be separating the PIN reset feature for CU*Talk from the password reset feature for online banking. As of October 12th, resetting audio banking PINs for members will be performed using Tool #1072, which can also be accessed via the new shortcut, ARUPIN.

An important note for security officers: because this is now the only access point for resetting and granting access to CU*Talk, you will need to review any/all staff who currently use Phone Operator for resetting member audio banking PINs. As of October 12th, you will need to grant them access to Tool #1072.

Following the 25.10 release on October 12th, Phone Operator will only be used to reset online banking credentials. For more details, refer to the 25.10 Release Summary.
