Your loan staff can start the chat via the loan application, and the borrower will receive a notification via text or email with a link to go to the chat platform! Whether it's gathering references, verifying collateral information, or requesting supporting documents (proof of income, proof of insurance, purchase agreement, etc) any and all communication with the borrower is seamless and secure via CU*Chat! Plus, any documents or images the borrower sends will automatically be saved back to your vault with the rest of the loan package!
