A Note for Freddie Mac Clients: Generating Daily Investor Reporting Files in CBX

Attention credit unions who service Freddie Mac loans

Per Freddie Mac, servicers are being encouraged to implement daily investor reporting as soon as you are operationally ready to do so. Please review this notice for additional details.

Great news: CBX already grants you the ability to generate daily reporting files for Freddie Mac. Going forward, you will need to complete your settlement in Tool #314 Create/Post Part. Ln Pmt Work File first, then run Tool #304 Create PL Government Investor File, and lastly upload that generated file to the Freddie Mac website.
