Attention all clients who partner with Lender*VP and Xtend for Mortgage Servicing:
After careful consideration of our services and resource requirements, as well as a review of the market, the CU*Answers/Xtend Mortgage Servicing Team has decided that we need to make a slight adjustment to the cost of our services. Starting January 1st, 2026, we will be increasing our mortgage servicing prices by 5%.
If you have questions about how this will impact your costs specifically, please reach out to lendervp@cuanswers.com. We thank you for your understanding and continued partnership.
Please let us know by December 1st, 2025 if you do not wish to continue the service under the new pricing.
