Targeted Offers via Form Generator / Request Center

This project will add a new targeted offer feature to online banking that allows credit unions to push things besides loans via a vetted list to our Forms Generator / Request Center tools.

Similar to 1Click loan offers, this offer type allows you to compile a vetted list of qualified members and get their attention with an offer for products or services that aren’t related to lending.  Present an offer to prequalified members for a checking account, for a debit card, or for a rewards program or other optional service, including products and services that aren’t available via online banking.

The targeted offer will be presented to the member along with other 1Click Offers in the new “See My Offers” module in online banking (see 1Click Relationship Offers on the other recipe).  When the member clicks to view the offer, the credit union’s pre-configured details about the offer will display.  From here, the member clicks a “I’m interested” button and is then taken to the URL specified by the credit union in the configuration. The URL can link to either a custom online form or external website.

Status: Specs for Project #66094 have been submitted and the project is awaiting available programming resources.
