On Tuesday, July 21st, we will be deploying enhancements to our employee security settings for the CBX LOS. These enhancements will allow you to control which employees are able to create or access loan applications for existing members, as well as which employees are able to book/create loan accounts.

Effective October 1st, 2026, pricing for J.D. Power Vehicle Valuations will be increasing. The monthly cost will increase from $66.50 per month to $73.00 per month, while valuation costs will increase from $0.26 per valuation to $0.29 per valuation. These price increases will apply to all clients using the service, including current subscribers.
