iPay MASTER Site Chat Functionality to Retire in August

Attention Credit Unions Whose Bill Pay Provider is iPay

Effective August 26th, 2026, the chat functionality available through the iPay MASTER Site will be retired. To better serve clients, iPay will be reallocating resources to enhance call and case response times, ensuring faster and more consistent support.
