iPay Consumer & Business Bill Pay Screen-Scraped eBill Service to be Decommissioned 9/1/26

Attention Credit Unions Whose Bill Pay Provider is iPay

Effective September 1st, 2026, iPay Consumer and Business Bill Pay screen-scraped eBill services will be decommissioned. iPay will continue to offer direct connect eBills based on biller availability.

iPay made this decision based on a combination of technology and regulatory factors. Additionally, some billers have moved away from third-party data access models, further limiting coverage and reliability.

New enrollments for screen-scraped eBills will be suspended on July 1st, 2026, ahead of the decommission. Existing screen-scraped eBills will be discontinued once the service is fully decommissioned on September 1st, 2026.

Members currently using these screen-scraped eBills can transition to managing and paying their bills by using the standard bill pay features available through iPay’s bill pay service.
