Based on the progress we’ve seen, we are moving forward to sunset GOLD on January 27th for credit unions that have not reported experiencing recurring session timeout issues in CBX. This allows us to continue our progress while minimizing disruption for the few credit unions still encountering challenges.
Once our solution is in place and stability is confirmed for the few credit unions experiencing timeout issues, we will sunset GOLD for those remaining credit unions as well.
Please note that we have sent a separate communication to the credit unions that we have been working with who will be in the delayed sunset group.
