The following information applies to credit unions whose GOLD access has not yet been deactivated.
After careful thought and consideration, we have decided to extend access to CU*BASE GOLD for one additional week, concluding access to GOLD on January 11, 2026.
We reflected on the busy time crunch that occurs during year-end processing, and felt it might be helpful to eliminate any variable that could potentially complicate the important beginning-of-year verification process. While we believe you will be able to use CBX for those tasks without issue, the tight timelines would make it very difficult to react should something come up that we can’t foresee. In short, it’s an especially busy week, so keeping things simpler might be better.
Our first group of credit unions had access turned off on December 2, and we have been encouraged by their exclusive CBX usage. We hope that with an additional week to accomplish year-end tasks, we can begin 2026 with enthusiasm, continued engagement, and support of CBX for the years to come.
