We’re Gearing Up for the Next CBX Challenge!

That’s right, it’s time again for another CBX user challenge! We need EVERYONE to log in to CBX on Thursday, September 18 at 3:30 PM ET!

Once again we’re asking for more users to log in for a longer time period. Please log in and stay online for at least 30 minutes while you complete tasks.

You can use any of your usual tools to complete daily work, or you could run a report, or you could bop around a member’s payment history – we just want to see the system in its fullest action yet.

All you need to do is log in to CBX on Thursday at 3:30 PM ET and stay logged in for at least 30 minutes while completing tasks.

Add it to your calendar now, and we’ll see you online!

If you have not already done so, please ensure you complete the following network routing updates, otherwise you will not be able to access CBX during the rollover period!

Last month we announced updates that are required for CBX network routing. Please refer to the announcement for more details: Action Required: Update to Network Routing for CBX – Las Vegas Datacenter and HA/Disaster Recovery.

Once the changes have been made, click here to test your connection to the High Availability CBX servers. Please be aware: disregarding this connectivity test could result in staff being unable to access CBX during the Rollover.
