Visit the CU*Answers store today and complete a request form. You will need to provide the following when submitting the request:
- Authority needed
- Employee name
- CBX User ID
- Signature of a Security Officer
Want to review which users have authority to perform transfers to/from CBX? Use Tool #1355 Download/Upload Authorized Users Inquiry – this tool will also display the specific file access that a user has been granted.
