The CU*Answers Education team strives to make each client and staff interaction an opportunity to learn more about the tools of the network. The purpose of the team is to guide users and build confidence in their ability to navigate and understand the system(s) they utilize.
The following credit unions have invested in CTE which gives their team a safe place to practice using CBX tools which will help them learn new skills, and experiment with new features without potential harm to their live member data:
- GHS Federal Credit Union | Located in Binghamton, NY
- Compass Credit Union | Located in Sparta, MI
- Ripco Credit Union | Located in Rhinelander, WI
These credit unions have staffed between 30-50 employees who can begin to use CTE to streamline their cross-training initiatives for the upcoming calendar year.
In addition, the team assisted a Servicer Edition client with the installation of CTE to give them peace of mind with their newly configured system settings as they begin to design their policies and procedures for managing a loan portfolio.
