Update to CU*Forms: Programming Denial Fields

As of our 26.05 release, new denial fields have been introduced to CU*Forms, along with a form setting that enables denial information to populate directly back to the core system. While we updated our default denial notice, any credit union with a custom denial notice will need to update their form.

WHAT’S NEW?

With the accompanying form setting enabled, denial information entered on your custom forms will now flow seamlessly back to the core, eliminating duplicate data entry and ensuring consistency across your records.

WHAT DOES THIS MEAN FOR YOU?

To take full advantage of this new functionality, custom denial forms in your environment will need to be updated to include new denial fields. Once updated, your team will benefit from a more efficient denial process with values populating automatically to the core.
