As we hinted at during the 2025 CU*Answers Leadership Conference, the Developer’s Help Desk (DHD) has a new name. The team will now be known as Custom Services!
Although the team has a new name, Custom Services will remain your go-to for all custom related solutions, including vendor integrations, data floods, custom fee programs, single sign-on solutions (SSOs), and more.
The Custom Services team works side-by-side with you to implement special projects unique to your credit union. If you’re looking for a custom solution, reach out to the team. We’ll meet to discuss project goals and expectations before moving forward with project plans.
