CBX Update: Next Steps

Thank you for your continued partnership and support as we move forward along the journey transitioning to CBX. We’ve received much positive feedback, and we are excited about the opportunities this new interface will bring to your teams.

We also recognize that some users have continued to experience session timeout and disconnection issues. There are many different variables at play, both at the credit union network and individual user level. Our teams have been working closely with our vendor every day to pinpoint the root causes, and we have implemented several adjustments so far.

Recent beta testing of several changes have shown very promising results, and we are planning to release these updates to the production environment on Thursday, March 19.

This will be a behind-the-scenes change and will not prompt the installer. However, as this change does involve caching, we recommend clearing your cache before beginning work on Thursday morning. How do I clear my cache in Edge?

Following this release, we also have additional enhancements that will strengthen the session resume functionality – we’ll announce these prior to the implementation.
