Early next week, CU*Answers will be submitting a mass update for the mobile app on both iOS and Google platforms. If your credit union receives any correspondence from Apple or Google which indicates a rejection or an issue with the update, it is critical that this correspondence be immediately forwarded to irsc@cuanswers.com.
As previously announced by Google, all developers on Google Play will need to complete a verification process to continue publishing mobile apps. As a reminder, Google has assigned two dates: Starting account verifications (60 days before deadline). Deadline to complete account verifications.
