Summary
When a member receives a transaction alert indicating a card transaction has occurred but the secondary owner also has a card attached to the same account, how can you tell which card holder made which transactions? This training will show you how to identify the transaction details including which card was used. There are several ways to view card transaction details in CU*Base, including Member Inquiry/Phone operator, Tool #11 ATM/Debit Card Maintenance and Tool #12 Credit Card Maintenance.
